Our church is committed to spreading the love of Jesus Christ through word and deed in our local community and around the world. We have many opportunities for people to get a helping hand and to be a blessing to others. Check out some of the opportunities that are available:
Local Missions
There's lots of ways to get involved throughout the year helping people in our area. Check out these organizations, which are great places to get started:

National Missions
We sponsor several annual or bi-annual domestic mission trips to help those less fortunate than ourselves:
Mississippi: Each February, we travel to Pass Christian, MS to help rebuild homes devastated in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. For more information, check out Project Reclaim.
ATL: Every other year during Spring Break, our high school youth group travels to Atlanta to work with Kurt Salierno and Church on the Street. For more information, check out Church on the Street.
Atlanta: Every other year in September, a team of adults goes to Atlanta to work with Andy Odle and Church on the Street. For more information, check out Church on the Street.
Kentucky: We have periodic trips to
Appalachian Ministries in Zoe,
KY. We go for weekends and for longer periods of time.
International Missions
Our church sponsors international mission trips with church groups, helping them spread the gospel through word and deed.
Guatemala: Each January, we send a group to work with the Church of God in Guatemala. Check out Guatemala at chog.org.
Brazil: In the past, our church has sent mission trips to Brazil.
Trinidad & Tobago: The Church of God in Michigan sponsors an annual trip to Trinidad & Tobago in late December.
